These Terms of Service govern your use of the Becoming Box website and subscription services. By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Subscriptions
Becoming Box is a recurring monthly subscription service.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method according to the plan and billing schedule disclosed at checkout.
Subscription details, including pricing, billing dates, and renewal terms, are presented prior to purchase.
Billing & Payments

Charges are processed automatically based on your selected subscription plan.

All payments are handled securely through third-party payment processors.

Failed or declined payments may result in delayed fulfillment or cancellation of service.
Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled through the customer portal prior to the monthly billing cutoff.

Cancellations made after a billing cycle has processed will apply to the following month.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Becoming Box ships monthly on or around the 25th of each month.

Subscriptions placed on or before the 10th of the month receive that month’s box.

Subscriptions placed after the 10th begin with the following month’s box.
Launch boxes, pre-orders, and special editions may follow alternate timelines, which will be disclosed at checkout.
Refunds
Because each box is curated specifically for subscribers, refunds are not provided once an order has been processed.
