Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Becoming Box, we believe in transparency and clear expectations so you can subscribe with confidence.

Subscriptions & Billing

Becoming Box is a recurring monthly subscription.

  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan selected at checkout.

  • Billing occurs on the date disclosed during signup.

  • You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal before the monthly billing cutoff.

Once a billing cycle has processed, that month’s box is considered in production and cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

Because each Becoming Box is curated and prepared specifically for subscribers:

  • We do not offer refunds for orders once they have been processed.

  • If your box arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

Refunds or replacements are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require proof of issue (such as photos of damage).

Launch Boxes & Pre-Orders

For launch periods or special pre-order boxes:

  • Payment is collected at checkout.

  • Boxes ship according to the estimated timeline stated on the product page.

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the disclosed shipping timeline.

Cancellations

  • Subscriptions may be canceled through your customer portal prior to the billing cutoff for the upcoming month.

  • Cancellations made after a charge has processed will apply to the following billing cycle.
