Becoming Box is a monthly subscription service with a structured fulfillment schedule designed to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
Monthly Shipping Schedule
Becoming Box ships once per month, on or around the 25th of each month.
Subscription Cutoff Dates
To ensure accurate inventory planning and fulfillment:

Subscriptions placed on or before the 10th of the month will receive that month’s box.

Subscriptions placed after the 10th will begin with the following month’s box.
This cutoff allows us to prepare, source, and pack each box with care.
Launch Boxes, Pre-Orders & Special Editions
Launch boxes, pre-orders, and special edition boxes may follow a different fulfillment timeline.
Any alternate shipping schedule will be clearly stated on the product page and at checkout at the time of purchase.
Shipping Method

Orders are shipped within the United States via USPS or UPS.

Tracking information is emailed once your box ships.
Processing & Fulfillment

Orders enter production after billing has processed.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Fulfillment timelines may vary slightly during high-volume or launch periods.
Delays
While we strive to ship on schedule, delays may occur due to supplier availability, production timelines, or shipping carrier issues.
If a delay occurs, subscribers will be notified via email with updated information.
Address Accuracy
Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and up to date prior to billing.
Becoming Box is not responsible for:

Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the subscriber

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your box arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected:

Include photos of any damage when possible
